Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and his counterpart from the UAE, Ahmad Al Falasi, signed an MoU aiming to fortify the existing educational collaboration between both nations.

The MoU focuses on enhancing student and faculty mobility, joint research programs, designing courses, and participation in various educational events and exhibitions in areas of mutual interest held in both countries.

During his three-day visit to Abu Dhabi, Pradhan emphasized the importance of creating a knowledge bridge between the UAE, a global economic center, and India, recognized as a global talent hub.

The ministers reviewed bilateral engagements in education and skill development, including progress in mutually recognizing academic and skill qualifications, as well as the need to further advance this area.

They expressed commitment to strengthening institutional mechanisms for smoother student and workforce mobility, as highlighted in a statement from the Education Ministry.

Pradhan also visited 42 Abu Dhabi, a coding school emphasizing innovation and peer-based learning through project-focused and gamified curriculum.

Additionally, the ministers engaged with students and faculty at Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS), an institution nurturing Indian students and instilling cultural values from both India and the UAE. Pradhan commended the students, recognizing them as future global citizens and ambassadors of both India and its cultural heritage.
