The three-day Global Leadership and Research Conference (GLRC-2025), hosted by Amity Business School at Amity University, Noida, concluded with a Valedictory Session featuring distinguished speakers and thought leaders.

Key Highlights from the Valedictory Session:

Dr. Suvrokamal Dutta, Political Economic & Foreign Policy Expert, emphasized India’s global leadership, stating, “Students are the brand ambassadors of Viksit Bharat. Knowledge, women power, youth, science, and labor are key forces driving India toward development.” He urged students to leverage social media to promote India’s cultural heritage.

Mr. Raju M. Thakkar, “The Walkman of India” & Brand Ambassador of Natural Farming, inspired students to pursue their goals with passion, reminding them, “Each soul is divine, and we must use our power to protect the environment for a sustainable future.”

Mr. Shrenik Shah, 5x TEDx Speaker, shared his powerful journey of resilience after losing his voice to cancer. “Success breeds success. Life has no complaint box—you are the master of your destiny,” he said, encouraging students to face adversity with courage.

Dr. Meena Mahajan, Founder of Siddhi Philanthropic Foundation, discussed the importance of spirituality and discipline, urging students to follow the wisdom of ancient scriptures for personal growth.

Mr. Sumit Harjani, MD, Harvard Business Publishing (Amity Alumnus), spoke on AI & Leadership, stating, “AI won’t replace humans, but those with AI skills will replace those without them.” He highlighted seven key leadership traits, including integrity, optimism, curiosity, and courage.

Dr. Sanjeev Bansal, Additional Pro Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, stressed the importance of human values in leadership, noting that true leaders impact society and drive positive change.

Ms. Seema Devi & Ms. Suman Hooda, Anti-Human Trafficking Unit, Delhi Police, shared their achievement of reuniting 136 missing children with their families.
